Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking Studio FLOW Instructors to deliver an exceptional yoga experience across our club environment. You will guide participants with a mindful, results-driven approach and adapt to varying skill levels while maintaining a warm, inclusive atmosphere.

In this role you will ensure safety, cleanliness, and energetic engagement, welcoming both members and guests to Studio Flow classes and fostering a supportive community within the gym.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience teaching yoga or leading group fitness
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group
• Ability to create yoga sequences for multiple experience levels
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach goals
• Promotes upbeat, high-energy environment when coaching/instructing
• Local travel may be required for support or training

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles and uplift core values in interaction with members
• Recommend VASA products and amenities meeting members’ needs
• Provide instruction tailored to individual fitness levels and ensure inclusivity
• Bring unique personality to complement Studio Flow class formats
• Be punctual and prepared, greet members at the door
• Safely demonstrate yoga postures and monitor class participants
• Perform post-class procedures including cleaning and sanitizing
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to member needs
• Encourage non-members to attend Studio Flow classes while working out
