Job summary

VASA Fitness in Wheaton, IL is seeking Studio FLOW Instructors to provide an exceptional yoga experience for members. You will lead classes, tailor yoga sequences to different levels, and bring a calm, motivating presence that makes everyone feel included and supported.

Qualifications include 0-1 year of yoga instruction and CPR/AED certification. You should be able to work in a busy club, be punctual, and offer great customer service while promoting VASA products and amenities.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of yoga instruction experience
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Experience in leading, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group
• Knowledge of creating yoga sequences for multiple experience levels
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve goals
• Upbeat, high-energy coaching demeanor
• May require local travel for training or support

Responsibilities

• Exemplify UPLIFT core values in daily actions.
• Connect with members by recommending relevant VASA fitness products and amenities.
• Provide personalized instruction based on members' fitness abilities to ensure inclusion.
• Contribute unique personality to Studio Flow class formats.
• Be punctual and prepared, greet members at the door on time.
• Safely demonstrate yoga postures and monitor participants.
• Perform post-class cleaning and reset to maintain a safe, clean space.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing member needs and concerns.
• Encourage non-members to attend Studio Flow classes while working out in club.
