VASA Fitness in Utah is seeking a Studio FLOW Instructor to deliver an exceptional yoga experience to members. You will lead sessions, adapt sequences for varied skill levels, and foster an inclusive, energetic environment.

The role emphasizes punctuality, safety, and engaging customer service, with opportunities to upsell relevant fitness offerings. Primary work is in-club studio, with strong focus on member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of yoga instruction experience.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience leading or coaching a group of people.
• Ability to create yoga sequences for various levels.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles and UPLIFT values.
• Connect with members and suggest relevant fitness products.
• Provide instruction tailored to individual fitness abilities.
• Bring personality to complement Studio Flow formats.
• Be punctual, prepared, and greet members at door on time.
• Demonstrate poses safely and monitor participants during class.
• Close class with cleaning, sanitizing, and organization.
• Offer excellent customer service and address member needs promptly.
• Encourage non-members to attend Studio Flow classes during workouts.
