Job summary

VASA Fitness in Thornton, CO is seeking Studio FLOW Instructors to deliver an uplifting yoga experience to members. You will lead engaging classes, demonstrate safe postures, and adapt sequences to fit multiple levels while upholding our inclusive culture.

As part of a supportive team, you will greet members, maintain a clean, energized space, and encourage participation. Prior yoga instruction and CPR/AED certification are preferred; local travel may be required for training.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of yoga instruction experience.
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching a group.
• Knowledge of creating yoga sequences for multiple levels.
• Enthusiastic, high-energy coaching style.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles and uplift the UPLIFT values.
• Care for and connect with members, recommending related fitness products.
• Provide instruction tailored to individual fitness abilities and levels.
• Bring personal, engaging personality to Studio Flow formats.
• Be punctual, greet members, and keep the room prepared.
• Safely demonstrate postures and monitor participants in class.
• Perform post-class cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a bright space.
• Be approachable, responsive to member needs, and encourage participation.
• Invite non-Studio members to attend classes during workouts.
