Job summary

VASA Fitness in Spanish Fork, UT seeks a Studio FLOW Instructor to deliver an uplifting yoga experience to members. Studio FLOW instructors are Zen, knowledgeable and motivate members in an aspirational, results-driven yoga experience.

The role requires 0-1 year of yoga instruction and CPR/AED certification, with ability to adapt sequences for multiple levels. You’ll help members feel supported and included while keeping the studio clean and safe.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience teaching yoga.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in leading, communicating, coaching, teaching, or facilitating a group.
• Knowledge of creating yoga sequences for multiple levels.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals.
• Upbeat, enthusiastic, high-energy coaching.
• Minimum local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify guiding principles and uplift our UPLIFT values.
• Recommend other VASA fitness products and amenities to meet member needs.
• Provide instruction tailored to individual fitness abilities and experience.
• Bring unique personality to Studio Flow class formats.
• Be punctual and greet members at the door on time.
• Safely demonstrate yoga postures and monitor members during class.
• Post-class cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing to maintain a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to member needs.
• Encourage non-members to attend Studio Flow classes during workouts.
