Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC in Boston, MA is hiring a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations, health and safety standards, and community experiences. You’ll partner with the Studio Manager to drive member growth, retail sales, and programming enrollment while maintaining high CPY cleanliness and student service.

Responsibilities include greeting students, managing front desk duties, coordinating schedules, teaching at least 6 CorePower classes per week if certified, and supporting

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week or sub as needed.
• Coordinate studio operations and ensure high health and safety standards.
• Greet students, manage front desk duties, and foster community.
• Support Studio Manager with membership growth, retail sales, and programming enrollment.
• Assist in interviewing and training Studio Experience Team members and maintain cleanliness protocols.
