CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold high health and safety standards. You’ll work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail, and community programming while maintaining an exceptional student experience.

Responsibilities include front-desk leadership, inventory control, and helping supervise the Studio Experience Team, teaching at least 6 classes weekly, and ensuring clean, welcoming spaces for all students.

Qualificações

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
• Excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal abilities required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling/payroll, etc.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Studio Manager in achieving studio goals including membership growth and programming enrollment.
• Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards in the studio.
• Coordinate studio systems (POS, online reservations, HRIS, help desk).
• Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week or sub as needed.
• Assist with SET recruitment, scheduling and training, and orientation for new team members.
