Job summary

OPEN in Venice Beach is seeking a part-time Studio/Events Associate to deliver hospitality and operational support for Beach Breathwork and upcoming off-site events. You will join the Studio Ops crew, greet clients, manage check-in, sales, and scheduling, and help keep the space and POS running smoothly.

You'll perform opening, mid-day, and closing duties, set up audio for sessions, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 60lbs+ across sand and stand for long durations.
• Must be available for Sunday morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and members with a warm welcome and service.
• Execute a 3.5 hour Sunday shift for Beach Breathwork from 8:30am to 12pm.
• Lift equipment and carry it onto the beach as needed.
• Manage a paid hour break between 10am-11am during Beach Breathwork shifts.
• Learn to set up audio and conduct soundcheck.
• Handle studio schedule tasks and POS-related activities such as check-in and membership sales.
• Perform opening, mid-day and closing duties per Open guidelines.
• Clean and maintain the practice space and all common areas.
