Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical support experience in live production environments.
• Strong experience with audio/video signal flows and production technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot networking and storage infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for live studio operations including video and audio.
• Support post-production workflows and automation pipelines.
• Coordinate with teams and vendors for equipment maintenance and upgrades.
