Urban Outfitters is seeking a Digital Technician to support the ecommerce photography studio, ensuring accurate image capture, file management, color balance, and timely delivery of assets for post‑production and web publishing.

The role emphasizes maintaining image quality, color calibration, and operational efficiency across the studio while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education: BFA in Photography or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: Basic photography studio experience, knowledge of digital photography workflows.
• Technical: Hands-on with Canon EOS, Photoshop, Capture One; Mac OS X; DAM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture and manage image workflows during ecommerce shoots, including file naming, metadata, and backups.
• Coordinate with photographers, production, stylists to ensure consistent image capture per brand standards.
• Prepare assets for post‑production and web delivery; communicate retouching notes to the team.
