Job summary

Ernst & Young in the United States is seeking an enthusiastic Studio+ Intern for Summer 2027 to help drive customer-led transformation across multiple domains.

You’ll contribute to Innovation, Digital & Product, Marketing, Sales, Service and Experience Design initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to research, strategy and implementation while working in person at EY offices or client sites up to three days a week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and develop solutions under guidance.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.
• In-person teaming at client sites or EY offices, ~3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Innovation: participate in research/innovation strategies for product development.
• Digital & Product: develop strategies to improve customer/employee experience and digital products.
• Marketing: enhance marketing effectiveness through strategy and design.
• Sales: support CRM, CPQ, e-commerce and sales performance initiatives.
• Service: optimize service operations and explore contact center technologies.
• Research & Experience Design: engage in UX research and usability testing.
