  • Have access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
  • Be able and willing to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship, now and in the future.

Your key responsibilities

As an intern in the Studio+ practice at EY, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer-led transformation.

In Studio+, you will contribute to various areas, including:

  • Innovation: Participate in research and innovation strategies to drive product development and design, helping clients bring new ideas to the market.
  • Digital & Product: Develop strategies for customer and employee experience, enable core business capabilities and optimize digital products end-to-end.
  • Marketing: Enhance marketing effectiveness through strategy and operational design that connect data and technology design and implementation.
  • Sales: Support customer relationship management (CRM), configure, price, quote (CPQ), e-commerce and sales performance management initiatives that strengthen the path from lead to revenue.
  • Service: Optimize service operations and explore emerging contact center technologies to reimagine how clients support their customers.
  • Research & Experience Design: Engage in UX research, service design, and usability testing to create more intuitive, human-centered customer interactions.

  • The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $35.63 - $43.39 per hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
