RION Fine Jewelry in Kirkland, WA, seeks an experienced Studio Co-Lead who thrives on client focus and luxury body adornment. You will supervise, motivate, and partner with the Studio Manager to guide a high-performing team and deliver the Gold Standard client experience.

This role requires 2+ years in luxury retail leadership, exceptional communication, and a passion for teaching others. The position is full-time, on-site with tips and commission included.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable
• Support the Studio Manager to ensure a high quality, safe, and positive environment
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all jewelry and designs to educate clients
• Lead by example and coach team members for performance
• Maintain store appearance with product presentation
• Collaborate with the studio management team to set goals and monitor metrics
• Assist with inventory receipt and shipping/receiving of repairs
• Handle client information and appointment details accurately
• Adhere to security standards and provide a positive culture
• Train employees to ensure Gold Standard experience

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales team Co-Lead with a passion for the client and appreciation for body adornment. This position supports the Studio Manager in leading the team and provides effective guidance through supervising, managing, and motivating. As a Co-lead you will be the contact point for all team members, requiring strong communication skills. You will need to stay proactive to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration with the studio management team, while leading by example and engaging the sales team to achieve goals.

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales experience required
• Highly organized and detail oriented

• Compensation for this position includes the base hourly range listed, plus tips and commission

Responsibilities And Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable
• Support the Studio Manager to ensure a high quality, safe, and positive environment
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all jewelry and designs in order to support and educate clients in a friendly and approachable way
• Always open to, and invested in, expanding your own knowledge while teaching others
• Maintain an attractive store appearance, with a high level of cleanliness and beautiful product presentation
• Committed to working as part of a team to achieve individual, studio, and organizational goals
• Facilitate customer projects directly with clients, in addition to supporting other team members with their projects.
• Support studio management in the receipt of new inventory, inter-company transfers, inventory counts and weekly studio operational audits, as well as the shipping and receiving of repairs, maintaining compliance with company policy.
• Handle client information and appointment details with accuracy and efficiency
• Be knowledgeable of security standards and procedures
• Facilitate a consistently positive environment and experience for clients and staff, with an emphasis on a fun, motivational, and inclusive culture
• Providing continual training for all employees to ensure our Gold Standard experience, as well as continual training to enhance and optimize employee knowledge and performance
• Collaborate with the studio management team to set clear team goals, delegate tasks, oversee day-to-day operations, monitor team performance and report on metrics.
• Identify training needs and provide in the moment coaching and feedback
• Support SM and the studio team with weekly 1:1’s
• Model jewelry in photos and video content for social media (excluding your full face if requested)

Qualifications And Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in fine jewelry or other luxury retail sales required
• At least 1 year of experience in sales team leadership
• Experience with, and love of, jewelry and body adornment a major plus!
• Highly organized, methodical, and meticulous
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Effectively able to multi-task and delegate
• Comfortable working with Google Suite and Excel
