The Sales Associate role is for motivated and adaptable individuals, who will prioritize the business through driving sales and delivering a consistently memorable customer experience. • Experience in a sales environment (furniture/home décor preferred)
• Demonstrated affinity for people and creating a memorable customer experience
• Proven capability in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals in a team selling environment
• Tech‑savvy with the ability to work across multiple digital systems as well as e-commerce platforms
• Available to work a schedule that reflects the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, demonstrate furniture assembly, and maneuver effectively around sales floor
• A passion for furniture, interior design, and quality

Hourly Rate: $18

The offered hourly rate is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
