Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Del Mar, CA is seeking positive, confident team members for our member service team. If you enjoy health and wellness and connecting with guests, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, prepping the studio, handling towel logistics, supporting sales, answering inquiries, and giving tours. Prior customer service and weekend/evening availability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• Consistently awesome team-player attitude.
• Verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Turn over sauna rooms promptly after guests depart and prep for next appointment.
• Manage towel shipments and maintain cold towel process.
• Create towel bundles and place them for guest access.
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically.
• Support Sales Associates with miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and conduct studio tours for new guests.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
