Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Louisville, KY is looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members to join our member service team at our upscale studio. If you love health and wellness and connecting with people, this is for you.

You will greet guests, maintain a clean sauna space, assist with towels and tours, and support sales staff. Prior customer service experience is a plus, and we offer flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Promptly turn over the sauna room when guests exit, ensuring cleanliness for the next appointment.
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process.
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility.
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically.
• Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties.
• Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests.
