Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Santa Clara is seeking friendly, confident team members for our member service team. You will help guests, tour the studio, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role you greet visitors, support sales efforts, maintain tidy spaces, and ensure towel operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service every day.

Qualifications

• Genuine positivity and exceptional service mindset.
• Reliable team-player with consistent attendance.
• Experience in sales or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with studio tours.
• Maintain clean sauna rooms and restock towels.
• Process towel shipments and manage cold towel protocol.
• Support sales associates with daily tasks.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare towel bundles for guest access.
• Assist with back-of-house operations as needed.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Promptly turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment
• Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
• Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
• Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
• Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties
• Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus!
