Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking an Executive Studios and Conference Centers Operator to support government programs in Washington, D.C. This role provides advanced AV support for live productions, virtual events, and high-profile communications with a strong emphasis on secure environments.

The position is full-time and onsite, with two shifts and core hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Active interim security clearance with ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance.
  • 5+ years of AV and/or television broadcast operations experience.
  • 2+ years of installation, operation, and maintenance of broadcast-quality audio/video systems.
  • 2+ years of setup, operation, and recovery of broadcast systems including lighting, sound, teleprompter, and virtual telecommunications.
  • Strong proficiency with multi-camera production environments and professional broadcast consoles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide broadcast studio and conference center AV support across multiple facilities.
  • Perform daily system checks on studio and conference room AV systems.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain multi-camera production systems and route video sources to destinations.
  • Operate and maintain broadcast audio consoles, lighting systems, and sound reinforcement equipment for live events and virtual productions.
  • Manage graphics animation, LED wall displays, and screen management for live and pre-recorded broadcasts.
  • Support virtual and hybrid events including international summits, press briefings, and secure video teleconferences.
  • Record and archive events, ensuring quality and archival compliance.
  • Operate teleprompters and virtual communication systems during live events.
  • Provide technical oversight and project management for AV installations, upgrades, and maintenance.

Executive Studios and Conference Centers Operator

KeenLogic is seeking an Executive Studios and Conference Centers Operator to support one of our government programs. This position provides advanced broadcast studio and conference center audiovisual (AV) support, ensuring seamless execution of live productions, virtual events, and high-level government communications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating professional broadcast systems, lighting, sound, and virtual event technologies in secure, high-profile environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines and maintain professionalism in high-visibility settings.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide broadcast studio and conference center AV support across multiple facilities.
  • Perform daily system checks on studio and conference room AV systems to ensure operational readiness.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain multi-camera production systems, including routing multiple video sources to various destinations.
  • Operate and maintain broadcast audio consoles, lighting systems, and sound reinforcement equipment to support live events and virtual productions.
  • Manage graphics animation, LED wall displays, and screen management systems for live and pre-recorded broadcasts.
  • Support virtual and hybrid events, including international summits, press briefings, and secure video teleconferences using industry-standard platforms such as Zoom or equivalent government systems.
  • Record and archive all events, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with archival standards.
  • Operate teleprompters and virtual communication systems during live events, ensuring flawless timing and coordination.
  • Provide technical oversight, troubleshooting, and project management for AV system installations, upgrades, and maintenance cycles.
  • Maintain two-hour surge response capability for short-notice or emergency events, including weekends and Federal Holidays as required.
  • Assist with technology modernization efforts, lifecycle management, and planning for new AV infrastructure within conference and broadcast facilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism while supporting senior government officials, press staff, and visiting dignitaries.
