Job summary

Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, NH is seeking a Content Ambassador who will connect with prospective students via one-on-one chats and Unibuddy community discussions. You will share real insights about campus life, housing, dining, clubs, and academics.

As an undergraduate student, you will help create engaging content, welcome new members, post 3–7 times weekly, and support the team during a paid training period in late August/early September.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and creative, with good attention to detail.
• Access to a mobile phone and computer.

Responsibilities

• Engage in one-on-one chats with prospective students via Unibuddy.
• Participate in Unibuddy Community group discussions by welcoming new members and guiding conversations.
• Share experiences about academics, campus life, housing, dining, and student organizations.
• Represent your major, interests and activities in a genuine, approachable way.
• Help plan and develop content to encourage student engagement.
• Post regularly in Unibuddy groups, 3–7 posts per week per student.
• Monitor group activity and maintain a positive, welcoming environment.
• Help build a welcoming, inclusive digital space for future students.
• Represent the spirit and values of the Franklin Pierce community.

About the Role

Are you passionate about your Franklin Pierce experience and ready to help future Ravens find their place here? Join our team as a Content Ambassador. You’ll connect with prospective students through one-on-one chats and group communities on various platforms. This includes our new engagement tool, Unibuddy, which helps to welcome incoming students. You will offer real, relatable insights into college life from your unique perspective.

Responsibilities

• Engage in one-on-one chats with prospective students via our Unibuddy platform
• Participate in Unibuddy Community group discussions by welcoming new members, answering questions, and helping conversations flow
• Share your experiences with academics, campus life, housing, dining, student organizations, and other aspects of life at Franklin Pierce
• Represent your major, interests, and activities in a genuine and approachable way
• Support the team by helping plan and develop content that encourages student engagement
• Post regularly in Unibuddy groups, ideally 3-7 posts per week per student
• Monitor group activity and help maintain a positive and welcoming environment
• Help build a welcoming, inclusive digital space for all future students
• Represent the spirit & values of our community in a friendly, welcoming way

This position will have a paid training period in late August/ early September
Software tools will be provided: Unibuddy login, FPU-provided software, Ability to work over academic breaks.
