Job summary

Crossroads Church in Columbus, OH seeks a Students Worship Leader to guide the music and worship experience for a site within Crossroads Students. The ideal candidate is a strong vocalist with stage presence, capable of arranging music, charts, tracks, and playing multiple instruments, while sharing an authentic relationship with Jesus with those they lead in worship.

The role requires collaboration with site teams and volunteers to deliver weekly worship, recruit and shepherd worship

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience creating and leading worship services for large congregations.
Gifts in leadership, exhortation, creative arts, collaboration and people development.
Proven ability to manage multiple duties and priorities under deadline pressure.
Experience building volunteer teams and leading them to excellent execution.

Responsibilities

Serve as one of our primary worship leaders, instrumentalists and provide pastoral moments to Crossroads Students on the weekends.
Collaborate with the site team and production volunteers to produce a high quality, authentic worship experience each week.
Recruit and shepherd volunteers to assist in weekend service execution.
Network with site support and other campus counterparts in the production and creation of worship experiences
