Job summary

Versiti, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks an administrative staff member to assist the department through clerical tasks and special projects.

You will provide support, prepare leadership presentations, and help identify process improvements to improve efficiency. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and 1–3 years of Microsoft Office experience; healthcare exposure and Ceridian HRIS familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; currently enrolled in an accredited college/university majoring in communications, business or a health related discipline.
  • 1–3 years experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
  • Less than 1 year experience with integrated HRIS/payroll systems; Ceridian experience preferred.
  • Less than 1 year experience in a health care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the department including filing, data entry and handling customer requests.
  • Prepares presentations to company leaders.
  • Helps identify opportunities for process efficiency and collaborates with teams as necessary.
  • Assists with the analysis and resolution of department issues and makes recommendations as appropriate.
  • Assists staff with various support activities upon request, such as special projects, reports, etc.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.
  • Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures.
