Georgia Highlands College is seeking a part-time Student - Work Study IT to provide front-line helpdesk support including phone, email, remote and walk-in assistance to faculty, staff, and students.
The role will involve creating and tracking IT tickets, assisting Client Technology Specialists, and supporting IT projects within the Technology Division while adhering to college policies.

This position will provide assistance to IT in the form of front-line support to assist with helpdesk functions in the form of phone calls, emails, remote support, and walk-in clients.
$12.00 per hour
