Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Recreation Program Supervisor to work with the recreation team to provide students with a diverse set of activities that promote health and wellness.

The role involves supervising the program, coordinating with CPP and Social Development for evening activities, and partnering with the Center and local resources to enhance youth experiences. The candidate will ensure safe practices, maintain equipment inventories, and document student participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates of Arts Degree or 1-year related experience working with youth.
• Valid in-State Driver's License required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with a comprehensive and diverse recreation program.
• Promote health and wellness by overseeing recreation activities per the approved schedule.
• Coordinate recreation activities with CPP and Social Development, including evening programming.
• Coordinate recreation and leadership activities with Center and local community resources.
• Ensure safe practices and program compliance within safety guidelines.
• Document student participation and accountability during recreation activities.
