Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA, seeks a Calling and Career Coach to provide students with tailored support in self-discovery, major exploration, and professional development. You’ll build relationships with students, alumni, and employers to guide them toward internships and jobs.

You will develop digital and print resources, plan events like career fairs, lead workshops, and help coordinate on-campus employer recruitment.

Formación

• Experience coaching and developing students at the college level or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for advanced work.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead career-related programs and events.

Responsabilidades

• Coach students individually and in groups to explore calling and career paths.
• Develop digital and print resources related to calling and career for students and alumni.
• Plan and execute campus events such as career fairs, retreats, and launches.
• Lead workshops for small groups on calling and career topics.
• Maintain records of student meetings using Handshake and related tools.
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Student Development team to support campus initiatives.
