Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee the district's student transportation services, working with contracted providers, district admins, families, and regulatory agencies. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations across diverse student populations.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with experience in transportation management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, transportation, logistics, education, public administration, or related field.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience working with contracted transportation providers preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate daily student transportation operations.
• Develop and maintain safe, efficient bus routes, stops, schedules, and vehicle assignments.
• Coordinate transportation for diverse student groups and special programs.
• Monitor ridership, adjust routes as needed, and communicate impacts to schools and families.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and district policies.
• Supervise transportation staff and coordinate with contractors and administrators.
