Job summary

Centennial School District is seeking a Pupil Transportation Van/Type 10 Driver to transport students to and from school and activities. The role requires operating large vehicles, maintaining safety, and following district policies. Training is provided, with a starting date in September and a pay range of $21.29–$29.47 per hour.

The position is part-time, with 4–8 hours daily, spanning early morning to late afternoon. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Criminal Justice Fingerprint Clearance required.
• Licenses/licenses for operating a Type 10 vehicle and safety trainings required.
• Ability to learn laws and district transportation policies.

Responsibilities

• Transport students on routes, pick up and drop off at scheduled stops.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Maintain safe, orderly behavior and proper student supervision.
• Complete records of student counts, route times and incidents.
