Job summary

Dynamic Educational Systems, Inc. is hiring a Security Officer/Driver to transport students and assist with safety and security operations at the Dayton center. You will drive center vehicles, conduct checks, and help maintain a secure environment for staff and students.

The role requires a valid CDL, high school diploma or equivalent, and prior experience in security or related fields. A background check and drug test are required as part of the pre-employment process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in criminal justice is desirable.
• One year of experience as a driver is preferred.
• One year of firefighting, law enforcement or safety experience is desirable.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive center vehicles and maintain them in a safe, clean condition.
• Record and report actions accurately and timely.
• Transport students to and from the center and to work-based learning activities.
• Assist in security duties, patrol buildings and grounds, and respond to alarms.
• Prepare motor vehicle reports and maintain student accountability.
• Support staff and law enforcement; document incidents and investigations when required.
