Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a Center Security/Driver to operate vehicles, guard the facility, and support safety duties for students and staff. You will inspect security equipment, assist with emergencies, and maintain accurate logs and reports.

Responsibilities include transporting students as needed, monitoring access points, and collaborating with Safety/Security teams to uphold campus safety and smooth operations for youth programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
• Associate’s degree in criminal justice is desirable and may be substituted for experience.
• One year of experience in firefighting, law enforcement, or safety and security desired.
• Previous experience working with youth preferred.
• One year of experience as a driver.

Responsibilities

• Drives center vehicles and maintains them in a safe, clean condition.
• Performs accurate and timely recording and reporting.
• Transports students to and from the center, work-based learning, and appointments.
• Tests alarms and reports malfunctions; conducts searches as needed by Safety/Security.
• Maintains logs and documents related to vehicle findings and safety.
• Monitors access points, enforces center rules, and supports incident response.
• Acts as a custodian for center property and supports a safe campus environment.
