Job summary

Amity Foundation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Driver to provide safe transportation for students to appointments, coordinate daily trips from the facility, and ensure vehicles are clean and well maintained.

You will follow safety standards set by the Arizona Department of Transportation and company policies, maintain vehicle logs with the fleet coordinator, and may serve as a Community Advocate as needed. A valid AZ driver’s license and fingerprint clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma).
• Must have a valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record.
• AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance card required.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• CPI and ESR certifications.
• Tuberculosis test from health professional.

Responsibilities

• Drive students to appointments and coordinate trips leaving the facility each day.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and repairs on vehicles.
• Keep all vehicles clean and presentable.
• Ensure safety of all passengers and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain vehicle logs and files with fleet coordinator.
• Attend trainings and may serve as Community Advocate as needed.
