Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school. This part-time role offers paid training and a supportive office staff to help you succeed.

You'll be designated as a W2 employee with potential for referral bonuses and summers off when routes are available. Applicants must have a valid license, own a four-door vehicle, and pass a thorough onboarding process.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Available Monday–Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm on weekdays.
