Job summary

Buckled In in Pittsburgh, PA is urgently hiring a Driver for children. Compensation is $4,000.00 per month. You will work part-time, averaging 20 hours per week during the school year, and drive K-12 students safely to and from school.

The position includes paid training, a supportive office staff, and the option of a 401(k). You will be designated as a W2 employee and a safety technology system is installed in every vehicle to assist coaching and safe driving.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
• Pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
