Job summary

The Guild of St. Agnes in Worcester, MA is seeking a 7D Driver to transport children ages infant to 12 years. Monday through Friday split shift; routes vary. Must be available between 6:30 - 10:30 am and again 1:30 - 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Maintain a safe driving record in compliance with Massachusetts state law.
• Ability to pass the BRC, CORI, DCF, and fingerprint tests.
• Lift children up to 40 pounds.
• Maintain effective and positive communication with families, staff, and peers.
• Knowledge of car seats and seatbelts for children of various ages.

Responsibilities

• Drive one or more passenger buses.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Maintain a safe driving record and follow state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with families, staff and peers.
• Supervise children by sight and sounds during transport.
