Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Student Trainee (CSS) to gain hands-on experience in community-based behavioral health. You will engage clients, assist with treatment plans, and collaborate with families and partners to support recovery and independence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of related work experience if your degree is unrelated.
  • Four years of qualifying experience providing services to individuals with mental health disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of community-based mental health services through engagement and skills development.
  • Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and recovery goals for clients.
  • Facilitate or support psychosocial rehabilitation sessions aligned with treatment plans.

orBachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with two (2) years of related work experience; orAny four-year combination of higher education and two (2) years of related work experience; orAssociate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support from an approved institution;
