First PREMIER Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a part-time teller trainee who will handle financial transactions for customers with confidentiality and accuracy. You will provide excellent customer service and support busy periods with lunch coverage and Saturday shifts.

The role is for full-time students enrolled in at least 12 credit hours, with a flexible schedule (10–19 hours per week) and a year‑round employment opportunity. A scholarship program is available for eligible universities.

Qualifications

• Handle customer transactions accurately and confidentially.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain bank products.
• Follow procedures to meet quality, regulatory, and conduct standards.
• Maintain customer information and assist with account inquiries.
• Perform branch opening/closing duties and cash drawer balancing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy during shifts.
• Assist customers with problems or questions using internal systems.
• Open and close the branch independently according to procedures.
• Contribute to a secure, compliant, and friendly service environment.
• Support lunch coverage, closings, and weekend Saturdays as needed.
