Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard and complete required training sessions.
• Provide consistent supervision for assigned student teacher candidates.
• Guide cooperating teachers through documentation and process expectations.
• Serve as liaison between the College of Education and hosting school partner.
• Conduct formal observations and post-conference meetings using official tools.
• Maintain regular communication with student teachers via meetings and email.
• Submit all required evaluation documents by deadlines.
• Foster teaching efficacy and professional growth.
• Stay current with supervision best practices.
