You’ll plan and deliver lessons with your mentor, teach in whole-class, small-group and individual settings, assess learning, and adjust instruction to meet diverse needs while receiving constructive feedback to grow as an educator.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a teacher education program.
• Completion of pedagogy, child development, and curriculum design coursework required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons with your mentor.
• Instruct students in whole-class, small-group, and individual settings.
• Assess student learning and adapt instruction for diverse needs.
• Reflect on teaching practices and participate in feedback sessions.
