Job summary

Communities In Schools of Chicago is seeking a Field Supervisor for Intensive Student Supports to lead a growing team of Student Support Managers embedded at CPS partner schools. The role focuses on supervision, program fidelity, and collaboration with school leaders to align services with student and school-wide goals.

The Field Supervisor will oversee data collection, reporting, and program improvements, ensuring compliance with licensing and funder requirements, while traveling across Chicago

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, youth development or a related field required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with urban public schools highly preferred.
• Must pass CPS background check and hold a valid driver's license with daily access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical and programmatic supervision to SSMs, ensuring ethical and trauma‑informed practice.
• Monitor caseloads, documentation, service delivery data, and compliance with funder and school requirements.
• Build partnerships with school leadership to align services with school‑wide goals.
• Oversee data collection, case file audits, and reporting to identify trends and inform improvements.
• Represent CIS of Chicago in site visits, events, and external partnership opportunities.
