Communities In Schools of Chicago is seeking a Field Supervisor for Intensive Student Services to lead a growing team of Student Support Managers embedded in partner schools across Chicago. You will provide supervision, coaching, and strategic oversight to ensure integrated supports meet student needs.

This full-time hybrid role requires a Master’s in a relevant field, 2+ years supervisory experience, and a background with urban public schools.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, youth development or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with urban public schools highly preferred.
• Must pass CPS background check and have a valid driver's license with daily access to a vehicle.
• Hybrid scheduling with occasional site visits to partner schools is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide weekly supervision to SSMs, ensuring ethical, trauma-informed practice.
• Monitor caseloads, documentation, service delivery data, and compliance with requirements.
• Serve as the primary clinical thought partner for complex cases, crisis response, and mandated reporting.
• Build partnerships with school leadership to align services with student and school-wide goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to observe, coach, and ensure fidelity to CIS models.
• Identify trends across schools and proactively recommend program improvements.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards, licensing requirements, and best practices.
