Job summary

Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio is seeking a full-time role to support assessment, planning, instruction, and documentation for assigned students. The position requires coordinating with teachers, supervising students, and maintaining daily documentation in line with PEP policies.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree (Associate acceptable with relevant experience) and have experience with children with autism or developmental delays, plus strong written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree minimally.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally, and to work under routine and stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Align practice with agency mission and trauma-informed frameworks.
• Collaborate with teaching teams to implement daily instructional plans.
• Assist and supervise students during classroom activities and maintain documentation.
• Prepare teaching materials and manage classroom displays and data collection.
• Ensure safety and proper behavior management; transport students as needed.
• Participate in required trainings and staff meetings.
