Job summary

MHY Family Services seeks a dedicated staff member to provide structured academic and behavioral support to students in grades K-12 across classrooms and campuses. You will help maintain safety and well-being, reinforce positive behavior, and assist teachers with lesson prep and activities, including physical education and outdoor programs.

Normal hours are 7am-3pm, with an optional 9am-3pm shift; candidates must meet Act 33/34 and FBI clearance requirements and be 21+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Must be 21+ with Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances.
• PA driver's license with insurable driving record; driving students may be required.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive approaches and structured guidance to students.
• Monitor and support students to comply with procedures and class rules.
• Assist teachers with classroom prep, activities, and outdoor/physical education.
• Escort and monitor students between facilities; report issues to staff.
