Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years' related experience required.
• Driver's license and ability to maintain insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with students per IEP, BIP, ICSP.
• Practice CARE, PBIS, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) to support coping skills.
• Assist with wake-up routines and prepare residents for school.
• Attend to students leaving the classroom and support reintegration with staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Complete required reports in a timely, professional manner.
• Model positive social skills and maintain professional boundaries.
