Job summary

Zionsville Community Schools is seeking an Instructional Assistant for the Customized Learning Program at Zionsville Community High School. The role is 29 hours per week and reports to the Director of Customized Educational Experiences.

Responsibilities include virtual and in-person check-ins with middle and high school students, supporting Edmentum tutorials, and assisting with internships, field trips, and college visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with educational software or tutoring platforms is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support virtual and in-person student check-ins.
• Assist students with Edmentum tutorials and offline projects.
• Assist with live leadership/communication courses and materials.
• Support CLP team with internships, field trips, college visits.
• Assist Work Based Learning weekly check-ins.
• Help track attendance and make calls.
