Job summary

Evergreen Public Schools, at Evergreen High School in Vancouver, Washington, seeks a part-time Student Support/Discipline Clerk to support administrators, campus security, and staff with discipline information, in-house suspensions, and trespass details.

Qualifications

• Light typing/keyboarding (35-50 wpm).
• Demonstrated ability to operate the computer.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and possess a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work with and supervise students.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and the general public in person, by telephone, via E-mail and in writing.
• Operate the computer and attendance systems; assist attendance office with records.
• Assist with attendance data entry and substitute teacher records.
• Assist with health room activities and supervise student aides.
• Maintain accurate student discipline records and prepare letters for administrators.
