Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate student records including transcripts and grades; runs grade reports.
• Prepares staff reports on student progress, discipline data, and virtual academy data.
• Maintains filing systems and retention of student records per laws and district policies.
• Keeps confidential records secure and complies with federal/state requirements.
• Supervises online/alternative education students; assists with coursework questions as needed.
• Alerts counselor when students lack credits to advance to the next grade.
• Maintains consistent, daily, punctual attendance.
