Qualifications

• Two years of college and paraprofessional experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with online learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of students to increase engagement through intervention.
• Provide consistent proactive support to students using data resources.
• Provide onboarding support (Strong Start) to students and Learning Coaches.
• Serve as primary point of contact between students, Learning Coaches and teachers/administration.
• Pursue and apply ongoing education and training to meet student needs.
