Job summary

Child & Family Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Success Coach to support the Senior Success Coach in delivering intensive wrap-around services in New Bedford or Fall River middle schools. You will work within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented framework to empower youth and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, case management collaboration, and maintaining thorough documentation while building long-term relationships with families and community resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
  • Experience working with youth, families, and substance use issues.
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for clients and families.
  • Collaborate with team to implement person-centered, recovery-oriented care.
  • Develop and coordinate recreational activities for clients.
  • Attend case management meetings to discuss progress toward goals.
  • Maintain documentation of meetings, releases, and referrals.
  • Identify and leverage community resources and supports for families.
  • Assist with planning social and educational events and outings.

SummaryThe Success Coach position is designed to support the Senior Success Coach in providing intensive wrap-around services through the utilization of an array of evidence-based, culturally competent, person-centered, and family centered services. This position is a full-time, 40 hour/week position that is embedded in New Bedford or Fall River public middle schools.$1 per hour Language Differential!
