Job summary

enCircle in Roanoke, VA seeks a Student Support Professional to collaborate with admins and instructional staff to implement positive behavioral interventions for students; lead small group sessions; respond to students in crisis; along with collecting and graphing student data. The Student Support Professional would be responsible for physical and wellness activities for a portion of the day.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field, a minimum of three

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human services field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience with families and children.
• Valid Virginia Driver’s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build positive behavioral interventions for students K-12.
• Lead small group sessions for students.
• Respond to students in crisis; collect and graph student data.
• Oversee physical and wellness activities for part of the day.
• Maintain documentation and reports as required.
