Covelo Group in Pasadena, CA is seeking an Instructional Aide to support teachers and students during the school day. This role offers a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule with a typical school-day routine and no nights or weekends.

You’ll work with students individually or in small groups, help prepare materials, supervise transitions, and assist with IEP and 504 plans. We offer full-time and part-time options with comprehensive benefits starting after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in classroom or childcare preferred.
• Experience with behavioral support is a plus.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Some college coursework helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers during lessons and activities
