Qualifications

• Pass a Federal background check.
• Prior experience supervising children/youth preferred (not required).
• Attend CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) trainings.
• Complete 28 hours of District-provided training within first school year.

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise students before/after school, during recess, lunch, and passing times.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure adherence to school rules.
• Intervene early in conflicts; promote positive interactions and safe environments.
• Maintain supervisory presence and engage with students in busy environments.
• Communicate concerns to teachers/administrators and document incidents.
