Job summary

Nurtur Aveda in Olde West Chester, OH is seeking a Student Success Team Member to provide dedicated support to students, ensuring their success and adherence to compliance standards. You will coordinate activities, maintain accurate records in the school management database, and assist in compliance audits.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at a fast pace. Travel for events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, HR or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Uphold core values and ensure student compliance with policies.
• Assist in coordinating and managing student experience activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student life cycle in the management database.
• Conduct regular audits of student files for compliance.
• Enter daily attendance and verify student hours.
• Monitor GPA and SAP compliance for students.
• Support placement, graduation, and State Board pass rates reporting.
• Participate in career fairs and coordinate events as needed.
• Serve as a contact for salons/spas regarding student placement.
• Other duties as needed to meet business requirements.
